For over 15 years, business owners Ben & Joe have been successfully delivering a professional, reliable, and high-quality service to a wide range of very happy customers throughout East Sussex. We have the experience to deliver a project that we can both be proud of for many years to come.

Meet The Team

Ben Mitchell. (Managing Director)

With nearly 20 years experience, a strong work ethic and professional mindset, Ben runs the company alongside Joe. Bens main quality is an eye for a detail.

Outside of work Ben enjoys outdoor adventures and foreign travel and more recently, with a new addition to the family, spending happy family time with his son.

Joe Passmore. (Operations Director)

With over 22 years of experience, Joe and Ben jointly run the company. Joe has extensive practical experience in carpentry and joinery.

Outside of work Joe is a keen cook and enjoys the outdoors and travel with his young family. Quote “Customer satisfaction is the most important and enjoyable part of our work.

Zoe Mitchell. (Admin Manager)

Zoe has provided admin support for the company since 2007 and has been instrumental in supporting our growth over the years. Zoe is extremely hard working, efficient and accurate in her work and takes away the administrative burdens to allow the rest of the team to do the things that we do best.

Zoe enjoys spending time with family and travel.
